Parking-lot discipline: CDC DPRP/MDPP/MiDPP, CMS CHI/PIN, custom GHP Diabetes curriculum, and GHP CHW curriculum are strategically important. They remain mapped here so they are not lost, but they should not displace the grant-linked Facilitator and Community Lifestyle curricula.
